We also offer commissions as indicated below for referrals of both referred contributors and referred members that purchase product and teaser offers which will be paid at the end of the Giveaway or Money Back Guarantee Period within one week by PayPal or for those needing Bank checks sent to them (Bank checks may take up to three weeks depending on where it is to be delivered).

Furthermore we offer contributors the opportunity to upgrade their membership. Upgrading privileges the contributor to the following:
Upgraded account holders are able to add up to
three (3) unique gifts to the giveaway - though the gifts must still meet standards and be individually
approved.
Upgraded account holder may add
one unique OTO offer to the giveaway to be rotated among the
other submitted and approved OTO's - OTO must be approved to participate.
it is the
upgraded account holders responsibility and option to participate/submit gifts
and OTO offers for approval and if not approved to fix/correct deficient problem
with their offer.
Upgraded contributors get
50 referral points
added to their account insuring their gift(s) appearance during the duration of the giveaway for an approved gift(s).
You will have access to
exclusive and extremely special offers located in the "Upgrades section".
Downloading of gifts using a special direct download button which means upgraded
account holders do not need to opt in to retrieve downloads.
In addition, we are continuing our referral contest in which for this event we will be awarding $300.00 in accordance with the below schedule, and the person with the most unique confirmed referral's of combined contributors and members wins $150.00 paid via PayPal or via Bank Check. However, like our recent previous contests, those participating are in competition with Joseph Anderson - the owner - whom wants to see if he can keep some of his money - are you up to the challenge? - do you think you can take his money? We will see :-) Whichever - if any - prize slot that Joseph Anderson holds at the end of the giveaway and contest, will not be paid out.
As a matter of fact we will be awarding the following for this contest:
1st prize winner of the contest gets? $150.00
2nd prize winner of the contest gets? $75.00
3rd prize winner of the contest gets? $35.00
4th prize winner of the contest gets? $25.00
5th prize winner of the contest gets? $15.00
We will be monitoring the contest and purchases closely and cheaters will be banished from this Giveaway to include ALL future Giveaways we sponsor and their contest award(s) forfeited to the next in line. Remember we ARE Internet Service Providers, we know how to read the server logs :-)
All decisions by us are final and are not subject to arbitration. With the exception of Joseph Anderson, all other employees and relatives of AECNU Internet in any capacity are not eligible for the contest.
Rules of the Giveaway and Gift criteria:
NEW - Gift Flow Rule - Gift link MUST either go to a direct download link (not recommended) or to a squeeze page (recommended) and it is fine to require the member to have to confirm there email before they get the gift. After Squeeze page and confirmation :-) either an OTO with easy access to the Download page or directly to the download page. We will investigate all member reported violations of this rule and delete the gift and ban the contributor. We may at our discretion notify the contributor of the violation and give 24 hours from when notification is given to correct the problem.
Direct Download Link - MUST go to a direct download of the downloadable product or to a thank you page with a direct download link on it. Thank you page may contain an OTO or other offer.
If your gift is just an affiliate link to another site,
we will delete your membership.
1. No OLD pre-2009 Gifts!
2. No duplicate gifts. First come first served. Duplicate Gifts will be deleted and the donator notified by email allowing the opportunity for the donator to submit a different non duplicate gift.
3. Gifts graphics must be kept active during the duration of the Giveaway or the gift will be deleted.
4. Dead links for gifts will result in Gift deletion.
5. Sp/am or sending unsolicited emails will have your account burned on the spot without arbitration to include forfeiture of accrued points and all commissions due.
6. We reserve the right to reject any gift or account without cause at our own sole discretion and our professional judgment will be used in these decisions if necessary. In this event the account holder/donator will be notified if for cause and will be afforded the opportunity to repair the problem at our own discretion.
7. We reserve the right to change this offer or terms of this offer at any time without notice though notice of any changes will be emailed to those registered in the Giveaway Software. All Rights are Reserved.
8. No distribution of pirated or other licensing terms breaches allowed.
9. You MUST promote the Giveaway and get referrals for your gift to show during the Giveaway. ( not relative to accounts that purchased the upgrade, the opportunity for contributor to upgrade during the initial signup OTO is $17. and from within the Giveaway $27. )
10. No viralurl's - they do not work for us.
Our Giveaways work a little different then what you might have become accustomed to... Our Giveaway software features an "Automated Gift Removal" function. Unlike most giveaway events, instead of increasing the number of signups that you need to reach to keep your gift active... we will decrease them starting from Launch Day effectively reversing the process making the last one third of the giveaway - with only one required referral - almost a free for all so to speak - and for almost ALL gift contributors the opportunity to build their lists - as well as members to have a giant selection of contributed gifts from which to choose :-)

This should have members returning to the giveaway site more often after launch day as more gifts become available - we will be emailing members after each gift addition milestone as shown in the schedule above informing them of the new additions and inviting them back to the giveaway to get them :-)
This will have the effect of members being exposed to more of the rotating OTO offers they see after logging in and should result in more sales - which in turn means more earnings for referrers and offer owners :-)
Our giveaways are FREE to Join for both members and contributors, upgrade if your serious about building your list, being upgraded or free and promoting will help add to your list, and you could make some dough as well! However, if you do not promote and get referrals nor upgrade - your gift will never show in our giveaway and you will not acquire subscribers ..... you will be just wasting your time and ours!
